friendly staff beautifully presented food bedroom cobwebs missing soap
The staff were really good! They were very warm and friendly. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The grounds are lovely and the short walk into town is convenient.
The bedroom had cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling. I also saw dust on the dressing table.

imaginative food good staff comfortable hotel lovely grounds
This hotel features really good food, very imaginative and well presented. The staff are amazing! I found the hotel well maintained and comfortable. I loved the lovely grounds, perfect for a relaxing stroll.
I noticed some tight parking near the front entrance, but it didn't affect accessibility.

lovely gardens and really good service
easy access friendly staff tasty food
I found the location excellent with easy access to the park. the staff was really friendly. breakfast was also a high point, with tasty food and good variety. i especially appreciated the hotel's gardens, they were fine (a true oasis of calm).
The bathroom windows did not close properly. A minor inconvenience.

the double room provided was comfortable, elegant, modern, and spotlessly clean. the room overlooked part of well-tended gardens (adjacent to the byes). there was direct access to a nice park with a stream.

all staff were friendly and helpful and looked after the guests well. the receptionist was very helpful when i booked directly. the proprietors were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
